The service will start at The War Memorial at 10:50 and to proceed into church for  the 2 minutes silence and laying of wreaths. The formal service will follow and last about 45 minutes.

  • 21-23 Nov(Thurs-Sat) – GANG SHOW
 Thurs 21 Nov is our Groups visit to the Show! It’s a stunning 75 years old this year!!

It’s a family variety show with songs, dancing and comedy.

There will be no late purchases.

Please wear uniform (preferred) or group clothing and Neckers are essential.

It’s always a lovely evening that we are very much looking forward too.

Parents are welcome to come too.

For your child only, there should be an online payment available via OSM for £15.50 (50p covers our payment processing costs).

If extra adults are coming please bring cash to your meeting for your tickets, this is the only way to pay.

If you wish for your Scout to have ice cream or refreshments and drinks, please provide payment for them on the night.

What is SWAN?
Be an active crew member, sailing a yacht around the Norfolk Broads on an exciting week-long adventure. No prior sailing experience is needed – we’ve got fantastic people who will help you “learn the ropes”. There are also pre-expedition training sessions run during the winter so you can get to know know what to expect and what to bring with you.
There can be early starts and sometimes it can be tiring, but the way everyone works together creates friends for life and an amazing experience!
Interested? Applications are welcomed from Scouts aged 13 and over (at 11th April 2025); Explorers and assisting adults
